Leak reveals possible color options for iPhone 18 Pro and the much-awaited iPhone Fold

In his recent PowerOn newsletter, Bloomberg analyst Mark Gurman has once again shed light on the color options that Apple's upcoming flagships - the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Fold lineup - are expected to sport.
According to his sources, it appears that some shade of a "deep red" colorway would be the flagship color option for this year's iPhone 18 Pro lineup. Last year's "Cosmic Orange" colorway apparently helped drive sales for the smartphone, despite concerns regarding longevity. China happens to be one of the most important markets for the iPhone, and the aforementioned orange colorway has done pretty well there, it seems.
If the red iPhone 18 Pro does arrive, it would be the first time that a flagship iPhone has donned the red color in almost a decade. It is not clear whether it would be a PRODUCT(RED) variant, but considering Apple has also tested brown and purple-ish variations of the rumored red colorway, it does seem quite unlikely.
For the much-awaited foldable iPhone, likely to be named the iPhone Fold, however, Mark claims that Apple has decided against using "fun" colors for the foldable flagship, and instead stick with the tried and tested gray/black and white/silver colorways. This is understandable, but folks who prefer bright colors will definitely be disappointed if this turns out to be true.
Both of the high-end iPhones discussed above are still over half a year away, which leaves room for changes down the line. For now, however, iPhone fans will only have the iPhone 17e to look forward to, which is expected to arrive early next month with plenty of new features.
